We’re delighted to announce that our client, Aggreko, and Home were presented with highly commended for ‘Building a Powerful Corporate Brand’ at the CEB Internal Communications Awards.
We worked with Aggreko on ‘Always Orange’, a project to truly get under the skin of how their culture could become a strategic lever for growth. A huge listening exercise lead to a new purpose and set of values and behaviours, creating a framework to empower their people to do things differently, to make Aggreko better for its people and customers.
On launch 93% of the organisation took part in 100 events across the globe. The initial results have been amazing with ‘Always Orange’ becoming everyday language at Aggreko, and employees embracing it across the globe. The Ivory Coast team immediately adopted it into their monthly recognition scheme; while the team in New Iberia have planted orange trees.
