The challenge

Managing health and safety is a serious issue for BP. They asked Home to help launch a new approach to health and safety in their head office sites.

Home

Created a set of training tools, used in face-to-face workshops, to train key employees in the new approach and give them the information they needed to cascade to their teams. A short film kicked the sessions off, then practical exercises helped the attendees get to grips with what the new requirements and their implications. A Visual Thinking map explained the changes and the thinking behind them, which attendees used to help them with their team training.
