GKN Aerospace is a world leader in technology, engineering and manufacturing for the civil and military aerospace markets. They wanted to communicate their strategy to both employees and customers.

Used Visual Thinking to produce the story of GKN's strategy. For employees, the map took them through their strategy, operating model, people plan and what individuals need to do for the business. For customers, the map helps them understand how GKN works - vital in an industry with long lead times and high investment in projects.
Pictures really work
GKN were delighted with their map, and asked us to apply the same Visual Thinking to their big, glossy client brochure. We distilled the content right down and changed the format, making something that would promote dialogue - rather than giving all the answers - and cost less, while still looking beautiful.
