We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to help our clients change their worlds

 

At Home, we’re all about building brilliant relationships. The successful person will have a fantastic track record as a senior account manager and/or senior project manager. You will have:

  • 4+ years’ experience in account management, successfully growing business through fantastic client relationships (or through developing internal relationships if you’re client side)
  • Evidence of ‘big ticket’ strategic programme creation and delivery
  • The ability to manage multiple programmes at pace, with accuracy, aplomb, exceptional budget management – and joy!
  • Be happy to jump on a train or plane to visit our clients down the road or a little further (last year we landed in New Delhi, Helsinki, Zurich, Paris, LA and Shanghai to name a few places)
  • Bags and bags of initiative, attention to detail, energy and plenty of professional curiosity about our industry, our clients’ industries, emerging trends and channels and the overall business of people engagement
  • While employee engagement or internal comms experience would be a definite plus, it’s not essential.

A little more about us

We’re pretty good at creating the right sort of employee experience ourselves. We’ve just celebrated our 38th year in business. In 2018 we moved to a former warehouse that’s been carefully designed around the team, there are loads of places to collaborate, a fabulous kitchen and eating area, an honesty bar for those Friday night after work drinks and lots and lots of room to grow. Which is just as well, as our list of lovely clients is also expanding, both here and overseas (thanks in no small part to our presence in America, which we’re enormously excited about). And even as the team grows, our average length of service is still an impressive 8.5 years. That’s because our Homies love our happy environment and the chance to make a real difference to our clients and their people.
