Vodafone NZ’s leadership team wanted to roll out a new strategy and kickstart their transformation. But their people felt disconnected from the brand—definitely not ideal for getting everyone on board.
That’s where we came in. Vodafone NZ needed help reigniting passion and energy, and we knew that was key to success.
We kicked off by talking to their people through virtual focus groups, and the result was clear: they were energetic, funny, and passionate. But they weren’t feeling that way about Vodafone NZ at the time.
We decided to tap into that personality. We launched a vibrant new internal brand and engagement plan, using humour and straightforward communication to get people excited about the journey ahead.
And it worked!
In the first 6 months, strategic clarity shot up by 19%, recognition of great performance increased by 19%, and customer focus rose by 14%. Creativity made all the difference!
