Peer to peer recognition
Social platforms play an important and increasing role in formal and informal colleague recognition. So when the Cisco Global Communications team wanted to revamp their recognition programme they asked us to develop quirky, playful assets to use online, on Teams, on LinkedIn and everywhere digital.
Sending a GIF or an emoji is as natural as logging on these days, but Cisco wanted to get their people using their own unique assets, spreading joy in a way that was meaningful to them. Our fun content supported their messages of thanks, praise and good wishes in a way that was truly Cisco, and our lovely hand-drawn illustrations are now raising smiles and spreading good vibes all over the organisation – that’s a double thumbs up.
