Without knowing how long many of us will be working remotely, we’re starting to seek out what the new normal should look like. We’re questioning how we can continue to help our teams get the structure, routine and motivation they need. We’re also questioning how we can positively support the mental health of our employees who are working remotely.

We may not be experts in mental health, but luckily, we know a thing or two about creating cultures, positive ways of working, and supporting employees to have the best possible experience. This week’s toolkit is full of creative ideas to help give people healthy routines and structures while working remotely. So, we hope some of these ideas can help you as you’re finding your feet – and routine – in your new normal.

We’ll be publishing weekly toolkits focused on sharing tangible creative and strategic ideas that you can just use and implement in your organisations. This is our way of sharing as much as we can with our employee experience community. If there’s something you want to see, let us know. If you’ve got a challenge you need ideas for, let us know. If you just want to pick up the phone and chat, we can do that too.

Our name feels like it’s taking on a whole new meaning, from now on, we’ll be doing Home, from home.
